At Safety Life SEC, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any product you purchased, you may return or exchange it according to the terms and procedures outlined below.

Return Period

• You may return any product within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The return period starts from the delivery date recorded by the shipping carrier.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened (if applicable).
• All accessories, attachments, and original packaging must be included.
• A purchase receipt or order confirmation number must be provided.
• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or scratches.

How to Submit a Return Request

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the product to the specified address via a reliable carrier with a tracking number.
4. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your request.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or the same product in a different size/color, please indicate this when submitting your return request, and we will prioritize it accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products that have been used or installed.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Products received more than 14 days ago.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product or one damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it immediately or issue a full refund at our expense.
